Jason Tagler is a Managing Partner of Camden Partners and joined the firm in 2005. He leads growth-equity-stage investments in software and tech services companies. Mr. Tagler has invested in over 25 businesses and represents Camden on the boards of its portfolio companies.

Founded in 1995, Camden Partners is a growth equity firm that helps the management teams of enterprise software and technology-enabled services companies scale their businesses. Camden has invested in 85 companies across six growth-equity funds and is known for providing creative and flexible growth capital. By focusing on the same strategy for over 25 years, the firm’s partners leverage deep domain expertise and a network of operating executives to help management teams grow revenue and cash flow. With initial equity checks between $5 million and $15 million, Camden is a preferred partner for owner-operators who are dilution sensitive.

  • Companies – with at least $8 million of recurring revenue and EBITDA positive.
  • Sectors – software, technology enabled services, and business services.
  • Teams – experienced CEOs with growth a plan.
  • Minimum initial investment – $5.0 million with a board seat.
  • Maximum initial investment – creative and flexible $5-$25 million growth-equity rounds, with the ability to lead larger rounds in certain cases. 
  • Also lead buyout rounds and structured investments in micro-cap public companies.
